Shipping destinations

We offer free shipping to ALL US states and Canada. When we ship your order you will get an email with the tracking number.

International - we can ship anywhere in the world. Please, contact us for a shipping quote, we'll be happy to hear from you.

Our customers in the USA do not pay any customs fees.

Returns

REPLACEMENT POLICY

If you receive defective or damaged products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at orders@vivapottery.com. Please, include photos of the products and shipping packaging to confirm their condition.

Once your claim is processed, we will arrange the return shipping. The shipping label will be provided by us. Once we receive the damaged product back we will gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Please note that buyers are responsible for shipping fees (both ways).

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods are in the original condition

• The goods shipped back in the original packaging
